Rudolph Jackson

Rudolph Jackson, ’11, is living and working in New York City as an IT technician and artist. He finished his MFA at Rutgers University in May 2014, where he enjoyed teaching Drawing Fundamentals, and showed his work in the show Jersey Fresh at Pioneer Works in Brooklyn, NY. “Having studied a very broad range of subjects at Richmond (Russian language & history, film and literature, psychology, and calculus being just a few) helped me build skills that are outside the general purview of an arts-focused degree,” Jackson said. “Being an artist requires a lot of flexibility, and having a good, working knowledge in a wide range of subjects allows you to thrive pretty much anywhere.”
